Dinner
I’ve been thinking of inviting my bro/sis in-law with their girls to have dinner with us one night soon. They’re so busy fixing their new house right now and i want to help them so bad but the circumstances limit me to do so because i have a baby and a toddler to take care of plus the weather i hate them to bring outside all the time because you know i don’t want my kids to get sick if possible. So i told my better half i will just cook for them when i can so at-least am helping in my own way. So right now am thinking what to fix that they will probably like/love becuase am not really sure of fixing filipino food haha they’re not really into it! I want them to love my cooking you know. So before inviting them i have to finalize first what i will put in the table so we’re all having fun on the dinner table! LOL.

I can’t resist but to post one of my favorite picture of husband when he was a lil boy. He look so adorable and a cutie with his lil hat! His mum always took them pictures whenever and whatever they do as kids and teens. The memories are always treasures to remember you know looking back the times when your children are once a baby makes me teary eyed. That’s why i won’t miss a thing for our kids right now because time runs really fast you never even notice it passes by right?

It's been so long
Hi all, It feels like forever i haven’t check in here! So many things happened already and this blog was neglected by the author, lol! Everyday Activities That Can Improve Our Health
These are the activities i should do whenever we’re outdoors to loss some baby weight since its been almost 4 months now i had my delivery of my baby girl i think i can start doing this without worrying with my c section incision, slowly but surely. Because i read an article about how everyday activities can improve our health and loss weight as well.
According to recent studies, sedentary people may benefit from simply increasing the frequency of everyday activities that require moderate levels of exertion. You may want to try some of the following.
- Climb stairs instead of taking the elevator or ride the elevator to a floor somewhat short of your destination and then take the stairs the rest of the way.
- When using your own vehicle, get in the habit of parking some distance away from your destiantion. In a multilevel parking garage, park on a level that will allow you to climb the stairs.
- Walk while you talk. You do not always need to be seated when having casual conversations with freinds or family members.
- If you have a sedentary job, find opportunities to work in a standing position, and move around whenever possible.

Are WE Getting Enough Exercise?
Are you getting enough exercise? Especially children need physical activity. So I’d make sure my kiddo is getting enough exercise everyday now he is growing like weed his body has so much energy so it is vital for kids to be active you know! let him do what ever he wanted engage him in any kind of activity as long our sight close to them 24/7 so they won’t get any bubo but unfortunately bubo is part of childhood life! So once in awhile they will have one:-( but that’s what make kids tough though.
So make sure your children also is physically active because recent studies have found that an increasing number of children do not engage in physical activity on a regular basis. Inactivity is more prevalent among girls than among boys. It appears that as children grow up, their levels of physical activity decline. The following are among the many ways children may benefit from regular physical activity.
- Development of strong bones and muscles as well as healthy joints
- Prevention or delay of problems with high blood pressure
- Prevention of type 2 daibetes mellitus
- Increase in self-esteem and prevention of anxiet and stress.
- Development of an active life-style that may prevent a sedentary adulthood
- Prevention of overweight and obesity
Better Heath for the Elderly..
- It has been said that the older you are, the more you stand to benefit from a moderate exercise programs. Still, many older people hesitate to engage in regular physical activities for fear of getting hurt or sick. Granted, older ones do well to consult their doctor before that physical activity can dramatically enhance the quality of life of older adults. The following are some areas in which older ones are likely to improves with regular exercise:
- Mental alertness
- Balance and flexibility
- Emotional health
- Speed of recuperation from illness or injury
- Metabolism
- Immune system
- Bone density
- Energy level
- Gastrointestinal and liver functions
So young and old need to get enough exercise!
